After taking a break from the writing submission game, Melinda is pleased to share that she has recently published her work with a number of literary journals:

“Something Big” was long-listed for the Bath Flash Fiction Awards, and can be found in Dandelion Years, the seventh BFFA anthology. More here.

“Home” has been published in Connexions, the latest anthology produced by the team at Le Phare Collectif. Find the book as well as info on writing workshops in Paris here.

Online lit mag Syncopation Literary Journal has chosen When You Dance as the theme for their latest issue, which includes an eye-opening piece from the point of view of a “seasoned” burlesque dancer. “You Have To Shimmy Your Shoulders Back and Forth if You’ve Got Big Boobs” is the sixth one down here.
